Mari and MJ met years ago in the fast-paced world of broadcast news—where quick thinking, grit, and great instincts elevated their success.
MJ went on to create and executive produce national broadcast television, reimagine formats, and produce hundreds of hours of innovative content. Later she pioneered cross-platform storytelling, crafting content strategy and ecosystems to drive engagement and activation.
Mari was drawn to enterprise communications, leadership messaging, policy analysis, and stakeholder relations. She is a natural facilitator, brand ambassador, and efficient crisis communicator who likes to organize complex information into accessible narratives for public consumption.
Their combined roster of work spans entertainment, education, economic development, sports and several highly regulated industries including gaming, government, energy, healthcare, financial services, consumer goods, pharma, tech, and national security communications.

Communications Director for the New Mexico Department of Health during the global pandemic, managed crisis communications and created one of the first COVID-only websites in the nation.
Internal and external communications for enterprise organizations, including Abbott, Biogen, Unilever, Center for Risk Communication, Wellness Equity Alliance, and NAVAIR, the naval air systems command for the U.S. Navy.

I’m a creative leader with a proven track record of building content that connects and endures. I’ve launched and reinvented broadcast television formats, standing up entire projects in compressed timelines, while defining the creative direction and editorial voice.
Over the course of my career, I’ve produced hundreds of hours of original programming for top studios and networks including FOX, Warner Bros., Paramount, MGM, USA, and more—guiding large, cross-functional teams through complex, high-stakes productions.
For more than two decades, I’ve been at the forefront of cross-platform storytelling, developing digital ecosystems and content strategies for brands and media companies that deliver results across audiences and formats for organizations like Humana, the NBA, General Electric, GameStop and Bally’s.
I anticipate cultural trends and translate insights into compelling, audience-first strategies and excite brands and organizations with the ability to go beyond passive storytelling— and find the authentic engagement found at the intersection of content, commerce, and community.
